Mac’s was originally the office and living quarters the founders lived in during the summer months while running Crider’s campground. Later, the long time county agent, Mac, lived there full-time for many years and it just became his home. The name stuck. Mac’s features:

Crider’s Corral is named after the founders of Crider’s campground going all the way back to 1940. Crider’s Corral was built in 2011. It is a cozy cabin. Crider’s Corral features:

Park Divide
During the offseason the founders lived on The Divide north of the Frio Canyon. Park was the matriarch’s maiden name so we combined the two to make Park Divide. Park Divide features:

Cabin 14
Cabin 14 was one of the original cabins at Crider’s campground. At the time it was known for its luxurious accommodations because it was constructed of cinderblocks and had its own bathroom. It is still a favorite of guests. Cabin 14 features:

Texas was built by the founders’ great-grandson as a project to use leftover building materials from the construction of other homes. It is nestled up on the bluff at the south end of the property. Texas features:
