Please treat our property with the care you would at your own home and abide by the following policies:

• Behave as you would in any home in which you live, with respect for property and neighbors.

• You must be 25 years old to make a reservation. Those making reservations will be responsible for the entire party and any guest that comes to visit.  

• Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. 

Cabin Rules

Occupancy

• ALL rentals have a maximum occupancy, which will be strictly enforced. Cabins exceeding max occupancy will be charged $15 per additional guest per night.

Cleanliness & Organization

• Please leave the cabins/rv sites clean and in order upon check-out. All rentals and the grounds should be left as you found them. 

• Grilling or cooking of any kind is NOT allowed on porches. Fines for cleaning or replacement will be added to your stay for oil stains, burns, etc. on porches, slabs or grass areas. Each rental has a grill and we ask that you keep all grilling in that area. If you are boiling shrimp/crawfish, please do so in an area that will not leave residual stains.

• Fires must be in grills or designated fire rings only. Do not burn cans or garbage. Please do not throw cans and garbage into pits. 

• Guests are responsible for cleaning out their BBQ and fire pit into ash cans provided.

• No cutting off limbs or trees is permitted. 

• Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash into one of the two dumpsters located on the property. If the cabin/rv site is found to be excessively dirty, the credit card on file will be assessed an additional cleaning fee to be determined by management. 

• Please place items back in their original location/position. If items owned by Crider’s East Cabins are moved from the original area outside the rental (i.e. picnic tables, chairs, BBQ pits, furniture, and etc.) fees will be charged. 

• Clotheslines are not allowed.

Smoking

• All cabins are non-smoking. If smoking is discovered inside, there will be a $350.00 fee.

• Please do not throw cigarette butts on property grounds as there will be extra charges for improper disposal and clean-up.

• Cigarettes in receptacles on cabin porch are considered trash and must be emptied by renter.

Property Rules

Parking

• Two cars permitted per cabin/rv site. Additional vehicles will need to purchase a daily parking permit for $20 a day. 

• Slow and cautious speeds are required on the property.

• Park in designated areas and no parking on grass.

• No ATV’s, golf carts, 4-wheeler, dirt bikes, OHV’s or etc. are allowed on property. Motorcycles and scooters are to be ridden to and from your rental unit on the road only. 

River

• Riverfront is available for use from dawn to sunset.

• Driving a vehicle to or on the river bank is not permitted.

• Please do not enter properties outside of the Crider’s East area. The property on the other side of the river is not owned by Crider’s East. Please stay to the east of the river. Please be mindful of where you get in and out of the river, “No Trespassing” is strictly enforced.

• No littering anywhere on the property or river. 

• No glass or styrofoam is permitted in (or near) the river or along the riverbanks. This is for the protection of our guests and the health and well-being of our wildlife.

• No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the property. Fires allowed only in designated fire and BBQ pits.

• There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.  

• Do not jump off the bluff into the river.

• Take caution walking to and from the river. This is natural ground with rocks and other debris. 

Pets

• Owners bringing pets will be charged $25.00 per night per pet. A pet fee should be paid in connection with your booking in advance of your reservation.  Maximum number of pets is 2. Pets must be current on all vaccinations, including rabies. Please clean up pet waste and dispose of it properly. Pets must be on a leash at all times. 

Miscellaneous

• No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the property. Fires allowed only in designated fire and BBQ pits.

• No BB guns are permitted. 

Quiet Time

• Quiet Time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Music is allowed from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Please be considerate of other guests and maintain a normal volume throughout the day. 

Deposits

• Please check vacation dates carefully as DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

• All reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of reservation (excluding taxes). 

• Remaining balance of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. 

• Reservations made within 14 days of arrival will be required to pay in full at time of booking and loss of the entire reservation charge if cancelled. 

• You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Those making reservations will be responsible for the entire party and any guests that come visit. 

• Missing items, damages, and/or excessive cleaning to cabins or property will result in additional charges. Additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file. 

Cancellations

• Please check vacation dates carefully as DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

• Cancellations must be made by phone or email and acknowledged by management.

• Cancellations made outside of the 30 day check-in date will result in loss of deposit.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in date will result in renter being charged ALL of their reservation. 

Force majeure. Any delay in or failure of performance by Crider’s East Cabins will not be considered a breach of this Agreement and will be excused to the extent caused by any occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Crider’s East Cabins, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, family emergencies, act of God, act of a governmental authority, or any other unforeseen occurrence that causes an early check-out or cancellation. 

Hold Harmless Agreement:  Lessee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crider’s East Cabins from and against all losses, costs, reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees, and expenses and from and against all claims, demands, suits, and actions for damages or from liability of any nature and for any and all damages to property or to bodily injury (including death) to any person or person arising from a visit to property owned by Crider’s East Cabins, even if the damage or injury is caused by the sole negligence, joint negligence, concurrent negligence, or comparative negligence of Crider’s East Cabins.
